there was a guy that swallowed one end of a string and fed it through his whole digestive system. when it came out his....er.... other end.... he tied the ends together and just fed the string in a circle for some odd ammount of time. SO, I would like to register that maybe she was fed the shirt and had it work through her digestive system so it COULD gag her and Fuck her....

Which brings us back to the question, "Was the shirt used to fuck her and THEN shoved in her mouth as a gag?"

Perhaps it was both. Perhaps it was shoved in her mouth and the sleeves were used as reigns.

I pictured it as reigns, too.
