Portlandia; rescue my dog; visit casa diablo; escape the ex

First Blog, I feel like im going on a deep space exploration mission; search and rescue if you will. This Saturday I fly out of Norfolk International at 3:30, hang at Charlotte NC for about 3 hours. Then Portland around 10. My dads driving up from New Mexico to pick me up. Hes renting me a u-haul and driving cross country with me, all of my junk, and my alaskan malamute. Since its going to be 10 pm when i get there on a Saturday night im going to take my dad to Casa Diablo as a thank you. Dances and drinks are expensive but anything for my sweet ol' dad.
