So today started out a pretty great day. I was able to help the most awesome woman on the planet with her move, I had a great session at the gym. But all that changed with one phone call. I know these blogs are usually funny or at least entertaining(this being my first, they will get better, I promise). It's a strange feeling when you feel helpless. Everything you think of doesn't help the situation at all. So instead of that I took time to reflect on all the people in my life that matter.
