Been real busy preparing/tending a huge edible garden and doing work-related stuff. I'm pretty much Head Chef at a Bistro in town and have my hands full with taking care of mostly everything. We're having a small employee turnaround right now so everything's hectic, plus we're renovating and taking over the space next door (while we work day to day) and opening that side/doubling the restaurant capacity in July--after the owners leave for all of June to Hawaii.Lots of change, plus painting various parts of my house and trying to get back on the food blog & painting & reading books.How's everyone else's spring going?...
