The weather has been changing pretty rapidly up here in NYC. It's our annual no-spring-straigh-to-summer thing where alot of people get sick. My girlfriend got a bit of it, combined with some allergies, and really wanted some soup. So I went to one of my old trusty recipes... Yucatan Chicken Lime Soup. You can find this recipe online, there are many variations (Emerill's version sucks... go with the Food & Wine version). Iit's one of the sure ways to open up your sinuses and make you feel better pretty quickly.
