Last week I had the Legendary KIM FOWLEY on my show on my STENCHRADIO.COM, I somehow found out that MISS GENOCIDE had a few things in common. We both live in Austin Texas and and we have a affection for music that is hard enough to rip apart human flesh! *LOL* After being impressed how she toyed with Kim Fowley (Which I have never seen done to Kim before! Hahaha!) on my show, I was curious to hear music from her band "Trashy And The Kid" and to say the least I am very impressed! I describe her band as "If Shane Mgowan Of The Pogues was possessed by the ghost of DimeBag Darrell (Pantera) and cooked a pot of Satanic Gumbo throwing in some Discharge,Motorhead,The Damned, Iron Maiden and Alice In Chains." you would have this concoction of Rock-N-Roll Mayhem called "Trashy And The Kid" Anyone who is reading this really needs to give this band a listen. The is a charasmatic iron bite that is undeniable.
When I first heard "Poledancers Circus" I was grabbed instantly and now has become part of my regular playlist. There is a sexual energy that runs rampant throughout the tracks I was given, after all, isn't Hard music supposed to be sexual anyway? The band displays alot of precision and raw human kinetic energy on every track! Very violent and delicious! Other tracks like "Rampant Sex On The Hell Train" and "Little Dirty Daughter"are the tracks thathave captivated my attention at the moment. TRASHY AND THE KID are treat that will satisfy anyone Punk/Metalhunger and you will be a fool if you miss out on this Sex Train!
