Ransom

i don't know if any of you know this but i LOVE to bake. i mean a serious love...i get all zen when i'm cracking eggs or when i'm sifting flour and powdered sugar through my fingers and watching it blend into the batter. i <3 when my apartment smells like cocoa and muffins. i bake for the sake of baking and then the majority of the time i end up having to sacrifices my created confections to the garbage gods. (i'm just little and, no matter how serious of a sweet tooth i have, i can't eat it all).

summertime is when i get serious with baking. i make a lot of cheesecakes...all different kinds and flavors. the biggest hit being a chocolate-strawberry swirlled cheesecake in a chocolate cookie crust topped with home-made whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and halved chocolate covered strawberries. IF ANYONE HAS ANY FLAVOR SUGGESTIONS i would love to hear them!!!

other than that..all i've been doing is working (as a pizza slut) and making flowers to cover my bedroom walls. i have roughly a billion in everyshade from black and white to technicolor. i'll try to put some pics up (to show how damn crafty i am) soon but, seeing as my computer is...on it's way to computer heaven, it might be a while.
