SUPER FUN GIANT PICTURE BLOG TIME!
I have been quite busy these past few weeks. I moved out of my parents' house and I am happy to say that I am 75% settled in the new place... some of my random junk is still back home but I needed a break from packing shit up. I'm sure many of you know how stressful that can be. [The truth is I own too many clothes and yet I seem to never stop shopping/accumulating new stuff.] I'm happy as long as I have my wardrobe, records, movies, books, comics, vinyl toys, etc.
Part I. Sooo a few weeks back Dnothing drove out to Chicago to visit!! Draven was here visiting her girlfriend, Rachel Toxic, so we all got to hangout! It was super fun and we took lotsa pictures!
I decided to show Dnothing the touristy things in Chicago, like the Sears Tower!

And "The Bean" in Millenium Park!
It's like "Where's Waldo?" BA style! Where's D and Phoenix!?
Weird fountain face thing in Millenium Park... I have never understood it. People bring their children here to run around in the water in their bathing suits. It's so tourist that it's disgusting... but here we are.
If you have ever been on Michigan Avenue/"The Magnificent Mile" you have probably seen this man or some imitation.
We met up with Draven and Rachel and went to Chicago's for deep dish pizza. Draven calls it "big pizza". If you go to Chicago, you have to experience deep dish!
I apparently overdosed on blush that day... hahaha. I look like a rag doll.
On D's last day in Chicago we went to the Lego Store!
ME NEXT TO GIANT DARTH VADER MADE OUT OF LEGOS. COOLEST THING EVER!!!!
D said Chicago's buildings look like Legos, hahaha

Before D had to drive back to Ohio, we went out to eat at one of my favorite places, Pick Me Up Cafe! If you're ever in town I totally recommend that place. Plenty of vegetarian & vegan options, great dessert, and open late!
Cutest pic of D from the entire visit:
We were sad hangouts were over :(
So we made a pickle penis.
Part II. From July 17-19, I went to Dude Fest in Indianapolis. Mitch & JoJo sent me some stickers so I could simeltaneously promote BA & see some awesome bands! My favorites were Torche, Russian Circles, Weekend Nachos, Gaza, HeWhoCorrupts, Magrudergrind, Phoenix Bodies, and MIND ERASER! (I encourage you to check out all of those bands! A few of them are from home sweet home Chicago!) Basically it was 3 long days of nothing but tons of sweaty dudes, music, and rad hangouts. I put some stickers on the HWC merch table and next thing you know... they were all over the place. A couple of my friends & I started handing them out to people or putting them on people! These pictures will explain...

Some people had never heard of BA. I was asked why I had the stickers... "Are you on the street team?" Not quite. Someday, I will be on Brian Street Team, so I guess that's close enough. A few people didn't even believe I was on the site... I said, "Why don't you get on your little sidekick and go to the site, I'm on the homepage!" Haha. I'd be thrilled if the stickering resulted in some new members!!
Lastly, here's a photo of my friend Sheena and I!

Sheena is tougher than me, clearly haha. She works for Blackmarket Activities, and was there with the two BMA bands playing, Gaza and Lords. Although they didn't play the fest, definitely check out my other BMA friends in Architect here: www.myspace.com/ArchitectKills
Thanks for reading my super long picture blog!!!!
I love you guys :)
