Something is not balanced in my life. I'm not sure if it's the quiche lorraine, the rainy weather, or the fact that I've been having wicked vivid dreams the past week and some change.

I've been having trouble getting good rest the past two or three days. Sunday night I went to bed at one and woke up numerous times from these vivid dreams feeling more exhausted than when I first initially laid down. After working my short day, which is only a six hour shift, I felt as if I'd been up for days on a speed binge of some sort. You know how three day old haggard half picked roadkill looks? Thats how I felt. I want to say it's the dreams. They don't correspond with one another and the only things that links them together is the fact my subconscious is in that much of an overdrive that the rest of me isn't getting the much needed and adored rest and relaxation it deserves. I'm honestly thinking a night of heavy drinking might be in order to suppress my REM sleep.

What is it with places that sell cut fruit medleys; why can't the fruit be all mixed up? Why does there have to be layers of specific kinds of fruit and not just a bunch of it mixed together? Granted, I enjoy my organic honeydew melon and cantelope. But I don't want to have to eat all of my raspberries, strawberries and other assorted fruit to get to it.  I know a lot of it is presentation.. but it's very annoying when you try to eat at leastone bite of every fruit when you start to eat it.

I don't know, I'm moody today so no large amounts of snarkyness or substance for you all
