i went to the mermaid parade today :-)
heard that some lady fainted outside of nathans,saw a lady piss on the ground in protest of not being allowed to enter the bathroom without shoes on, rode the cyclone and reminded myself why i hate fucking roller coasters so much.
oh yeah...and fucking ate pavement on the way to the cyclone so now i looks like theres a golf ball inside of my right ankle..worst..ever..

| That sucks!!! I fucked up my ankle really really bad like a year ago and it was swollen and bruised for like a month or so. I had to go the hospital and they gave me crutches and a plastic brace type thing for my ankle. Other than than that, do the obvious, keep off it, put it up whenever you can and ice it. Other than that you just have to wait it out. Hopefully yours won't be as mine was and it will get better way quicker. Sounds like you had fun though?!

| Eat lots of fresh pineapple. It reduces the swelling, there is an enzyme in it. Trust me, I have had reconstructive surgery on my nakle and tweaked it bad at least 20 times.
