So in one week, the semester will be officially over. YAY! I can really have a real life for about 4 weeks :)

Last week I went to an opening of the Day of the Dead exhibit this past weekend at the local museum, done by a local artist. Sadly photos werent aloud but I took a few of other exhibits floating around.
this is a photo from a scale in the carbon footprint exhibit, i thought it was amusing, you put sand bags in a scale and the green ones were good and gray ones bad... so there you have it :)
Here is an oil barrel, above it, a poster talks about how oil is not in an actual barrel, its just a form of measurement for oil.

This piece is in the coffee house street. Now I want to say this before I go on. I am sure this person spent alot of time on their art and its lovely. Please don't think I am being malicious. This is strictly pointing out the irony. This is a veggie/vegan coffe house, and the name of the photo is "take the shot"..... now I wonder if the artist knew this and it was a joke? or just slide by. Either way it makes me giggle :)
Speaking of art... or more crafts... i made this today to put on my clubs table at the hoilday fest at school friday. I was proud of it :)
