I certainly hope you weren't defending yourself against me, because I never attacked you. In my second comment, I said "However, you can say whatever you like, I was simply expressing my feelings on it."

What I meant by the porn site comment, was that people are extremely offended by us a lot of times, and what I love about BA is that they dont take everything so seriously...and it wasn't all just about your comment, D, and I don't condemn you for your opinion either, I was just merely defending myself.

Perhaps I misspoke in my original comments. I was merely sharing my opinion. I understand that not everyone is offended by the same things. I wasn't bashing anyone for their opinions, nor did I mean to start an argument. Everyone here has a right to be offended or not be offended. My brother is gay and I just know all too well how negative that word can be, hence my original comment, "I don't like that word". That was that, end of story. I shared my opinion and felt better. My problem came when you said, "Come on dude it's a porn site!", implying I was in the wrong for sharing said opinion or that I am wrong for not sharing the same opinion as some of you. Trust me, I get it - not everyone is offended by the word. Your entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine. So, I vote we agree to disagree and move on. I will continue to share my opinions and debate, it's what I do. Everyone here who knows me, knows I am always fair about it though.

Ah, I love a good controversy <3 You know, I realize you can't change the world to be pretty and rose colored to best suite my eyes and ears, but the truth is, this country is full of controversy and shock, and that has been well proven here that it's what people thrive on...whether it be a word, organization, or idea that offends someone, or just some petty internet flaming. I never have, nor will ever perform/imply a hate crime, or purposely insult a person for anything they can't help, especially that doesn't directly affect me. I grew up with a GAY uncle, we all loved him, and the word got playfully thrown around a lot, so EXCUSE me if my upbringing bothers anyone. Also, if no one noticed, I'm Jewish, and as much as I dont support it WHATSOEVER, I do not directly condemn a person for having a swatztika tattoo, if they have a reason for getting it, I'd like to hear it, if I dont like it, then I dont have to associate with the person, but you will never find me to be one of the ones that flames a person on the internet for it, and if I see someone with a Hitler costume, I know it's not meant to imply that they'd like to bring back the Halocaust, just like I dont call Seth Green and bitch at him for having Hitler parodies on Robot Chicken, because you know what, I can just as much change the channel, and you can just as well not hit that "post a testimonial" button. Well. First off it was funny. It was ment in a light-hearted way, Theres no reason for all the drama, To be honest. If you dont like the blog then dont comment. i call my gay friends "fags". but whatever, nobody has ever been offended over it. on the other hand, the full word "faggot" is usually used in a negative light. girl, just because you're "half gay" doesn't mean you're a gay man. so using that as your reasoning is kind of lame. remember, just because you're not offended by the word, doesn't mean our members aren't. just my opinion on this matter..

You're not alone D! I agree w/ you, it's offensive bc it's a term that's only used in a negative light. It's not like hey y9u awesome fag!!! lol I simply give up though, seems I always offend people on here when I don't mean to so I've been silent lately. I learned to watch and be quiet hahaha Honestly, I don't like or use any words that on some level lead to hate crimes in the long run. At least you speak your mind, good quality, don't lose that.

Some hippy gave me a bunch of shit the other day on another site for posting a HALLOWEEN COSTUME that I wore a few years ago. It was 'sexy hitler', obviously a joke as it was a 2 piece girl scout costume that I turned into the hitler costume and apparently it was funny to everyone except for one girl who jumped my ass about it. I think people need to lighten up. Bad taste humor is a very, VERY strong influence on today's society. Get with it people...jeez. I would have LOVED to have you scream faggot at me =P
