well today is my husbands bday and so i decided to make him a big meal while he is at work so that he can chow down... i stuffed a chicken with some home made crawfish jambalaya and now i am baking it... i tried to made some cheese cake.. it was not so good so i ended up running to the store and buying one since its his fav thing in the world and i didnt want to give him mine that tasted like crap... lol..... i think i am going to grill some egg plant and zucchini and bell peppers... im not sure yet im still trying to decide... maybe ill just make some of my home made mashed potoatoes that he loves so much.. yeah thats what ill do..

anyways.. i tried to get some of his friends to come down but they went out last night and got their car towed so now they dont have a car to drive down for his bday... it was gonna be the best suprise ever... :( im kinda sad that it didnt happen...

The man gets to wake up every morning next to you which, let's face it, is pretty much the best gift that anyone could hope for. Beyond that, everything else is just gravy... :)
