Well, I was going to blog about my week, and tell you some funny stories- but some people really fucking pissed me off so now we have to focus our energy on talking about what assholes they are and there will be no funny stories and no funny pictures in this entry! ARRRRG!
Well, about four years ago I was interviewed by a certain documentary crew. I was contacted by someone named Robert, he told me he wasmaking a documentary about pornography and feminism to show in colleges. Being only 2 years out of college at the time when he apprached me, there was a soft spot in my heart for anything that would be shown at a college- so I agreed to give him about 5 hours of my time- all spread across on different days.
This was about four years ago- I was a little naieve, I wasn't as um... press savvy as I am now... but none the less, i gave the interview my all- and the thought ofbeing part of a pro-porn documentary to be shows to men and women just like me excited me.
This documentary just came out- Nina Hartley kindly gave me a copy last night. Well guess what. The documentary is a complete right wing, anti-porn, disgusting piece of shit poor excuse for film-making thing and it is being shows at colleges across the country.
Now I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion. In fact if someone TOLD me they were making an anti-porn documentary and wanted to interview me for it- I would totally be up for the challenge. In fact, sometimes I wonder why that's never happened. I came ready and willing to fight with fox news when I was on there- but all I was asked on the show was if my orgasms were real and how it felt to have a birthday on Christmas.
But telling me your interview is going one way and then cutting it together to go another way is just un-professional, and awful and disgusting and cheap. I have worked my ass off to develop the name that I have in this industry- and they are using it to sell their piece of shit movie.
It says in the "filmmakers" bios that they have been studying pornography for yeears. Yeah. Right. It looks more like you have been studying the art of editing- and mastering the the skill of learning how to cut and paste shit together to make people look like they meant something they really didn't.
And not to mention- every"degrading" clip they depicted of me in the movie- IS A SCENE I DID WITH MY BOYFRIEND?! I have only done a few really rough scenes in my whole career- and they have all been with my boyfriend because he is the only person I feel comfortable doing weird fucked up sex scenes with.Yeah. Grr. Whatever! How can you take a few seconds from a movie and assume I was lying when I said I loved my job?! That doesn't make any sense!
Anyways, I don't really know what I want to do about this right now. I definitely want it to stop getting shown at colleges- I definitely want these people to suffer- I don't know how or when or where... but I am doing something about this. SHIT IS GOING DOWN BITCHES! YOU HEAR ME?!
I need to go to bed so I can wake up early and do my terribly degrading job tomorrow.
But tomorrow- I will complain some more about this.

The worst part is that they're using your name to promote their own closed-minded repressive little editing project. I mean, they seem to forget not only that the gnarly shit you do is with your boyfriend, but also that you OWN BurningAngel, so EVERYTHING you do is by choice, and you can guarantee that everybody who works for the site does only what they want to and gets treated fairly.
