Jayded

As some of you may know, Zack and I are on a night schedule. He gets home from work about 3am. So we had to completely rearrange our sleep schedule for our classes at the hospital that started at 8:30am yesterday.
We took infant CPR, Newborn Basics, and Intro to Breastfeeding. All very interesting. I think I learned the most during the breastfeeding course. Most of the newborn care I remembered from when my sister was born (almost 16 years ago)...
We had a morning snack at this little coffee house I had been wanting to try for quite awhile. Its next door to my OB's office, so I see it on a regular basis. Had a great decaf vanilla latte.
After class, we headed home to wait for my aunt's arrival. She finally got here and I was so happy! She looked great and brought me so many goodies. They couldn't stay long so we made a quick trip to the store and had dinner at my favorite diner. I was so sad to see her go, but so very thankful I got to see her!
She brought me a huge bag of Walker's Salt & Vinegar Crisps, a very cute mug that says "Love you, Mummy", a shirt that I can actually wear, and an armful of baby clothes for Kairi.
She really wants me to come visit her in England. So maybe when Kairi's at least 6 months old I will consider it. When I was doing some online searching I was able to find tickets (roundtrip) for under $500 per person. Not bad...
So after they left, we laid down for a nap. We were sooooooo tired. Then we got up and Darren came over and we watched Labyrinth. I finally bought it on dvd. I still remember every word. ^_^ Then he headed home and Zack and I snuggled up and watched A Series of Unfortunate Events. This wasn't high on my list to watch but he insisted. I'm glad I gave it a try. I definitely think its something to share with Kairi when she is old enough to understand it.
Well that's enough from me. I'm taking a lot of abuse in my ribs so I am going to lay down for awhile. Darren and I are going to watch Wrestlemania at Nick's tonight...
