Let me speak openly for a moment about the ass fuck that is Kia Auto World, long island.
Not only is their customer service HORRIBLE but I'm 95% positive they make things up and flat out lie to their customers.

I aparently "ok'd" a $95 charge for NO WORK done. Yeah, cause I just wanted to give away $95.

heres the story:

I brought my car in to have the Hub bearing fixed AGAIN (I say again because I just had this done 4 months ago).
When I drop off my car the guy asks me "anything else?"
so I say yes, remembering that my power locks had stopped working AGAIN (something i had fixed about 9 months ago)
"Its probably the lock actuator" I said "Since thats what happened last time."
I tell him I need my car by 3pm, he says hell see what he can do.
So I give the man my keys and I go home.

About 2 hours later I get a call from him saying,
"I forgot to put this on your work order when you dropped it off but, IF THE LOCKS ARE NOT COVERED BY A WARRANTY, THERE WILL BE A $95 CHECK OUT CHARGE"

I asked " for having them fixed?"
he says yes. I tell him to call me when he knows if it is covered or not.

at 330 pm (a half hour after i requested having my car back) he calls and tells me the locks are not covered and it would come out to a total of $250 to have the work done after the part was ordered.
But the Hub Bearing was still covered.

I say no thanks to the locks and the other work he tried talking me into getting done.
Then he tells me it will be another hour before my car is ready.

When I get called to pick it up the person on the phone tells me the total will be $103.19

For what?

For them to tell me I was right, the locks werent working.
I told them what the problem was, and they charged me for something I ALREADY KNEW!

on top of that NO WORK WAS DONE!

I argued with them for a while and somewhere in the convo they said " you authorized it, you gave us your social"

hrmmm. dont remember that happening? Oh right, It didnt!

I go to pick up my car, and of course I have to pay for it or my car will be held hostage. I tell the guy face to face that hes a liar, I never gave my social. He tried saying that someoneat my house must have given it to him. uhhh, no.
so here I am thinking he ripped it from my file on the comp. Nope.

He shows me the "authorized" work order and my social, only thing is ITS NOT MY SOCIAL. Not Even Close! Not even one number in it matched my social.
I had him make me a copy of it.

So I got my car, but I am going to dispute the charges.

I had a rough day.

Oh and earlier that day i borrowed a car to go to planned parenthood and i bumped a car in the parking lot. :-

oh and I was at planned parenthood getting tested because I will be doing another video. :-)
