I made some mistakes last night and Im very sorry for them. One thing you must not to in life is to comfort yourself through mistakes with food. But I was hungover and here is what I ate.
Vegan Wrap. I took an herbed flour tortilla and put a thin layer of "RAW" hummus I made earlier this week put tomatos and romaine lettuce as welll as sauteed onions then I rolled that up and sliced it to an angle. I also made Tahini sauce with some water, tahini, lemon, fresh garlic and sea salt. I usually like to dip the whole end of my wrap in this or if Im feeling more discriminate I drizzle it as I take bite after bite.
I made salad out of fresh collard greens, romaince lettuce and my favorite, red cabbage. I chopped up mangos and avocados and put that on top. I was gonna make a lemon vinagarette but I realized I was out of Olive oill and lemon so i just drizzled this with grapeseed oil and golden basamic vinegar and sprinkled sea salt and a pinch of cayenne. I like to keep the dressing simple and homeade. :) I had some fresh tilapia fillet and I put a nice little spice rub on this and some salt and broiled it on low for a few minutes. it was moist and delicous perfectly seasoned fish and hte salad was pretty. Im gonna call it my laker salad becuase of the gold and purple. Or my ninja turtle salad. whatever.
I came home and had some tofu soup. which i didnt make, but with that I made ginger lemonade. I am abstaining from processed sugar so I put some ginger and lemon andhoney in a blender mixed that with water and poured it over ice. It was SOOO good I wish you guys could have had some.
