1. Burning Angel is equal opp.

Everyone gets treated the same. No one gets treated worse or less than anyone else. No one gets promised a whole bunch of shit and then get let down every single time.

2. Burning Angel Staff members are nice and are generally happy. The other sites model coordinator all seem to turn into arrogant bitches or are just plain miserable and stressed out and generally are a bum out.

3. Burning Angel seems fiscally responsible.

The other site will pay you in 4 months. Burning Angel will pay you in a considerable amount of time LESS than that. In the state of California its actually ILLEGAL to pay someone in less than 30 days. The other site doesnt care about compensatory legalities. They only care about bullshit.

4. The Girls get treated well here.

We are all "angels" but we arent all fighting for some intangible princess rights. The site owners dont call us "worthless cunts". The girls are generally happy and stick around for a while. The other site the girls stop participating after not too long because it fucking sucks and the site is not fun. One girl on here said about "them"..."they dont know how to treat their models". They dont know how to treat people. Period.

5. The members get treated well too.

It has come to my attention that the members get to actually participate in the business, which seems like a pretty amazing incentive to stay interested which leads me to my next point.

6. Burning Angel has a dynamic business model, the other has a stagnant stale business model. Its super inclusive. Everyone gets to participate. Theres videos, and toys and all kinds of shit you can buy, not just tshirts. Theres lots of really developed SUCESSFUL ideas in regards to marketing and promotion. The other site still faces issues of girls modeling for the site who do not think they are doing porn. Same issues as before. Theres no moving forward for them. Same site interface for the past several years. Nothings changed. Its slow. Stuff still doesnt work....and since they dont really pay photographers to shoot, its like well then what the hell are they doing over there anyway? Dunno....Shooting the same exact girls as other sites but showing less of them?

Competition has stepped it up over the years and if you dont change you are just dead in the water.

I could go on....

the point is its better here.....way better.

No. its not awesome there. I think anyone who knew better knew what is lies and what isnt. I feel like life...or my life is too short to be even subversively addressed as a child by somene who is supposed to know MORE than the average person aboout me just based on having hung out with them. Its one thing to have to discipline your peers but you dont have to try to subversively dominate and manipulate them....and just over time....over a long time it just dawned on me that all they are willing to offer me at the other site is being manipulated, nothings moving forward. Another thing is....they would never put the black models on any of the promotional materials and I dont like that shit, and when I would confront them about this they would just say it was oh the graphics guy made the decision...its like how about fucking take some accountability for this? Joanna or Mitch show up to all the shoots. accountability.
